mixed feelings about my stay
small room faulty air conditioning
The room was smaller than i anticipated. It felt cramped. the air conditioning was also a big issue. it kept cutting out during the night, really impacting my sleep. it was frustrating especially since i needed rest for my trip.

Mixed Experience. Some Issues Noted
inadequate soundproofing uncomfortable sofa bed
I found the soundproofing in my room to be inadequate. Noise from the ventilation shaft persisted throughout the night. This made it difficult to sleep well. the extra bed was just a converted sofa bed with an old blanket used as a topper. It was not the comfortable setup I expected. I was disappointed.

genuine kindness excellent buffet quiet room easy access
the staff showed genuine kindness during my entire stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent. my room was quiet and the air conditioning worked. the hotel's location allowed easy access to major historical sites.

excellent location key attraction attentive staff uncomfortable bed loud creaking restful sleep
The location proved excellent. It was very near key attractions like Topkapi. The Blue Mosque and many restaurants were also close. Staff were on the spot and remembered guest preferences.
The bed WAS very uncomfortable. It creaked loudly. Restful sleep was not possible because of it. A room change was requested, but it was not possible.

rainfall shower complimentary juice fresh fruit
i stayed in a premier double room the room had a minibar stocked with complimentary water and juice the bathroom included two separate sinks a rainfall shower was also available. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to nearby attractions a great perk i used daily the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including fresh fruit pastries and local cheeses. they were all very fresh.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours creating a slight delay.
